Ali’s global journey began at the Phoenix Mayor’s Office and evolved through roles as a Project Engineer in the U.S.and Project Manager at Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination (POD) in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
He brings a rare balance of technical precision and human empathy — leading ProArch’s vision to design environments that are accessible, biophilic, and sustainable at their core.

At ProArch, he leads digital transformation and design optimization, ensuring that every detail — from model to material — aligns with our biophilic design philosophy.

Ahmed’s engineering career began with four years in Egypt’s landmark developments — New Capital City, New Mansoura, and Magenta Zayed — before moving to the UAE in 2017.
Since joining ProArch in 2023, he has become a cornerstone of the PMO team, specializing in structural design, rehabilitation, and bringing legacy buildings back to code through precision and sustainability.
